Excursion: 28 May, 14:10-17:30
Nara is a traditional town where the first capital of Japan was located. There are a lot of old temples and Japanese national treasure. Some of them are designated World Heritages. Notable sites will be introduced in this excursion.
Detailed information is here.

Banquet: 28 May, 18:30-20:30 at "Naramachi Ashibi no Sato (restaurant)"
We will enjoy a dinner buffet featuring western and Japanese cuisine.

If you need vegetarian dish, please inform us in advance. Or, if you have to avoid some ingredients due to religious reasons, thought and creed, allergic, etc., also please inform us in advance.

The restaurant “Naramachi Ashibi no Sato” is located in a historical townscape of Nara named “Naramachi”. The Map to the restaurant is here.
It takes 25 min to the restaurant from the conference site.

Now we are planning to appreciate a digest version of Noh performance titled “Shohjoh”. Noh is one of Japanese traditional performing arts. It is described as a highly stylized masked dance-drama with songs and musical instruments.
“Shojoh” is one of the happiest Noh performances. An imaginary creature “Shojoh” drunkenly dances with songs of celebration.
